خطوة جديدة لمركزنا في رحلتنا لتمكين الشباب وتشجيع التوظيف الشمولي.
لأننا ندرك كم المواهب الفريدة والقدرات الهائلة غير المستغلة لدى الأفراد الذين يواجهون صعوبات في التعلم، يقدم مركز قطر للتطوير المهني برنامج #لأنك_تقدر بهدف إشراكهم في تنظيم مختلف الفعاليات الثقافية والرياضية، وصقل مهاراتهم وتزويدهم بالأدوات اللازمة التي تمهد الطريق لإدماجهم في سوق العمل والمجتمع.
سيكتسب المشاركون بالبرنامج خبرة عملية في إعداد الأفراد ذوي صعوبات التعلم بالتعاون مع المؤسسات الشريكة بهدف تأمين بيئة شمولية تؤهلهم للانضمام لسوق العمل، وسيكون #اليوم_الرياضي_للدولة للعام ٢٠٢٤ مضمارهم الأول لاكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة حقيقية.

We're thrilled to share a new milestone in our mission towards empowerment and inclusive employment.
Seeing the unique talents and potential within people facing learning difficulties, QCDC introduced the #EmpowerAbility program to equip them with the skills and abilities they need for societal integration, using cultural and sports events to create pathways for everyone toward the job market, regardless of their challenges.
QCDC and partners are taking bold steps forward to help the labor market adapt and provide inclusive work environments for people with learning difficulties, and Qatar National Sports Day 2024 will serve as a gateway for them to gain practical experience in a real-world environment.
