Sankalpa Gautam was born in Parasi Bazar, Nawalparasi. He relocated to Gaidakot throughout his early years because of personal reasons. Subsequently, he relocated to Kathmandu due to personal reasons and embarked on establishing his professional career. Sankalpa Gautam tried to study chartered accounting but did not achieve success. Afterwards, he pursued his further education and desired a brighter future by opting for an alternative option, which led him to Gold Coast, Australia. There, he focused on studying Community Welfare. Since his youth, he has had a profound interest in social work, inspired by his father, whom he idolised. He was content with his decision to pursue this path. After residing on Gold Coast, he relocated to Darwin to pursue additional studies. Subsequently, he went to Katherine and is currently residing in Melbourne. He has relocated to many locations throughout his life in order to improve his future prospects and concentrate on his professional development. He enjoys pushing his own limits and is determined to prioritise self-improvement and personal growth rather than comparing himself to others. During his professional trajectory, he reached the highest rank of Director while working at Katherine. As an immigrant, he established a benchmark for growth. Since relocating to Melbourne, he has achieved greater success and currently holds the position of Deputy Area Operation Manager.
