2ZZGE has the non baffled oil pan that still bolts up to the 1ZZ. I would still want the baffles in your pan though.

Isn't that the heater hose you've spliced into? i.e. if you're not running the heater you'll have highly compromised turbo cooling
I would have thought teeing from both sides of the pump would be better
