I guess the Pizza Pope's religion was not Pizza but instead it was associated with slapsticks and cartoon physics. Like really, the Unflattering Chef Task confirms that The Pizza Pope reverted back Boxxed Peppino by using a pump like a balloon then after that praying as Peppino was back to normal. Other than above, i kinda thinking this is probably the ways what The Pizza Pope does to revent back Peppino to normal aside of the Boxxed form one: Chosen One: Removes the armors in a pratical way Hot Wings Challenge: Give a glass of normal milk and a slice of bread Covered in Cheese: Splashing it out with a bucket of water Mort the Chicken: Gently took away from Peppino Ghost Mode: Pulling out the ghost cape
the reason you missed 1 peppibot but you still get the achievement is because the achievement name is there can only be one so there could only be 1 peppibot NOTE:this is just my opinion
