Great video. I was looking at this same adapter on my 07 S65 with the ipod adapter but wanted to make sure it was going to work before I bought it.
I finally got bovee 1000 to work in my 2008 s550 thanks to your video! I set music to "aux" and it worked!. Im ecstatic! Thanks

cars from 2008 had to have some plug or bluetooth handsfree(goverment want that becasue there was many traffic crashes because people calling on their phone behind the wheel),your car have bluetooth handsfree so it should be possible to turn on bluetooth music in the secret menu,look on internet how to acces that menu,you haave to hold some 3 buttons at once for some time to acces it, sorry for my english its not best but you should get what i mean

@@cskee412 I have a s550 08 as well. Mine does have the little white aux cord in in the glovebox. I went to Mercedes dealer and I found out that the original owner had ta choose it as a option when it was first being bought off the lot back in 08

You can typically get the cable needed directly from Mercedes.
