Now how do you get down, climb back to the top?

The ropes reach the ground. Simply rappel. The support tech climbs the tower and drops the ropes at the end of the day.

@@alfredcrabtree7085 got it. It would have been cool to see that in the video, I enjoyed watching. I had no idea that this type of work existed.
