Can you please explain to me why you got critical rate 140%? you also added on hyper state Lv.3... Critical rate maximum 100% is the best or im wrong ?
You're correct. 100% maximum is the best unless you're an archer. Since legion artifacts came out, I haven't optimized my hyperstats or my legion board for DA. 20% comes from the currently running event, 30% comes from links (Lynn + Phantom), 20% from artifact, 10% from DSE, 16% from legion,1% from badge, 3% from the hyperstat, and 40% base/passives. I guess I can remove the Phantom link and I'll be good. 😅
