Otselic Valley 2024 Food & Culture Expo presents...pickles!

Students at Otselic Valley Central School learned more about regions and eras and shared their discoveries in a special way: an Expo! The Otselic valley Food & Culture Expo 2024 featured displays, students' sharing what they learned, and representative food samples. The students featured here taught us a lot about why pickles were part of a region's food history, and they invited visitors to compare delicious fresh pickles they made with store-bought pickles. For the record, the student-made pickles were FANTASTIC. [We apologize for the audio quality -- it was busy and loud at the Expo.]
