I want a music distributor with 100% free.....!!!!! And make my music Available to all platforms and get youtube content I'd and get instagram blue tick and fast release like 24 hours...!! Please tell me what i want
Hi Charles, I'm just about to watch the video, but because it's one of yours, I know I'll like it. You don't use bad language and you are calm and knowledgeable. To me, a true professional.
Honestly I rather do it myself the music distributors are robbing people blind. I just dont trust them. There has to be an alternative way of doing this.
Thank you for this video...I just signed up with Tunecore. When I go to add my single, it tries to connect me to an account on spotify. I don't have one yet, and am struggling figuring out how to set up an artist account. Will my song only be distributed to social and streaming platforms where I have artist accounts set up? TIA
Hey Charles! Great video. How do you make sure that the lyrics are live on Apple Music (that they move according to the song). I noticed that some of your lyrics on the platform move, but some don’t. Does that change with the distributor? Keep up the good work!
When I make a tunecore account, can I upload for multiple projects. For example I have a few solo projects with different project names and genres. Is the account for an artist? Or is it just a personal account that I can upload different projects from?
Hi. Need a clarification with reference to Tunecore: Will Tunecore automatically upload my song to all the platforms and indicate which platform it is uploaded to? Or do they charge a rate according to the number of platforms it is uploaded to? Thanks.
Sir, what distributor would you recommend for a live comedy tape -- (equivalent to a single -- 15 minutes -- not an album)? Also, which distributors will pay royalties MONTHLY to PayPal?
i have a very basic question ... what actually goes on the song title that you download? Just the name of the song or do I add the author? date? thanks
Is the price yearly for an unlimited amount of albums or is the price a yearly price for each individual album that will increase the more albums you upload? (For Distrokid)
my songs that i rite and sing someone put them on youtube and i aint getting no money from my songs . can i get those songs on apple platform or on all other platform ?
Please does anyone one have an idea how music distributors are able to send your music to all these streaming platforms at once? How do they create a code or software to make sure it is uploads automatically to all these platforms, thanks
I have recorded my own music at a recording company in Mexico. They released that music and it appears on music platforms. Can I still upload my music on my own to one of these distributors?
You didnt mention that you need to copyright your music first before even thinking on going to any distributor, in the uk it will be PPL and PRS, they will make sure your music belongs to you and will be protected from thiefs also they will provide you with the codes that you will need to give to your distributor, PPL is totally free but PRS is a one time fee of 100 dolars, they are well worth, since they control who plays your music world wide and they make sure you get pay for all the royalties,
the reason you can't go "direct" to streaming services w/ apple etc - is because they don't want to deal with the billions of up loaders direct and.. they don't want to pay you direct.
when you register your songs with ppl and prs, your digital music becomes copyright, and they control every single stream of your song world wide and they will pay you all the royalties, I will not get into details, but thats a step you need to do before even thinking to contact a distributor, since you will will need all your codes that ppl and prs will give you once you register. In essence what this company do are making sure your songs belong only to you are protected and that everytime some one uses your song you get paid, once you have done that then you can start your distributor process
Hey SG, Dance music is usually a fast bbm. Like 120, or higher and usually consist of a four on the floor rhythm. Pop music is anything currently "popular" and right now so looking at the global charts on spotify for example.
@@CharlesCleyn not at all. Blues follows a certain progression, yes, but the playing style is very loose. Jazz, especially bebop, can be insanely structured. Jazz just doesn't follow the same chord progressions as a 16 bar blues.
Probably. Streaming is not a really great source of income for upcoming artists or any artist unless you’re getting millions of plays. (Spotify 2 cents per play outrage) I have music I haven’t released because I just can’t afford to right now (looking at some options hence why I’m here) & personally lot of self insecurity. But from what I understand I think yes it would be 100 every year unless they give some sort of discount or something. I wish streaming would be FREEEE how is it that artists have to pay even more to get their music out. It’s crazy to me
It appears so. Maybe just upload your best song to start and see how that goes? Then maybe upload the album for $29 if you think that might generate some views. Personally, I'm gonna upload mine to UA-cam and see how many views I get first.
Any questions on how to get your music uploaded? Let me know in a comment 🙋🏻↓
Do u have to have any account made on all of these platforms. Or does it make u one when u go to put it on them
Please I just made my payment but I didnt get any option of uploading on the website. Please can you help me because i have already made the payment
I just thank you man but i still need your help
You can even uplaod videos

$10 a year, not bad at all. Will your music be found organically or do you have to have an audience to promote the music?
it could be found organically but it's mostly self-promotion.
Thanks for the tutorials ❤🙏
Please make tutorial about free music distributors without payment
Why your voice is already sounds soothing and music to my ears 😍❤️✨
Your voice is so satisfying😭
thanks McKenzie :)
You are a legend, I won't forget this. Subbed and noti on.
Honestly I rather do it myself the music distributors are robbing people blind. I just dont trust them. There has to be an alternative way of doing this.
Hi
Did you succeed with finding an alternative way?
Yea I’m also curious tho 👀
Lmk if you find anything
Great video. Just what I was looking for!
thanks for the video, helped a lot
Perfect explanation video 🔥
Hey I have setup all my accounts on every platform would it release my music on those accounts or in different ones
I have the same question!

That's a great question, did you happen to notice which ones moved vs the ones that didn't?
That's pretty much just apple music being buggy.

awesome information. Thank you.
On whose account will the music be on TikTok and IG, and how do I get to know when my music has accrued some royalties?
Hi. Need a clarification with reference to Tunecore: Will Tunecore automatically upload my song to all the platforms and indicate which platform it is uploaded to? Or do they charge a rate according to the number of platforms it is uploaded to? Thanks.
I was hoping someone gave you the answer already, but after 6 months… have you found your answer?
Sir, what distributor would you recommend for a live comedy tape -- (equivalent to a single -- 15 minutes -- not an album)? Also, which distributors will pay royalties MONTHLY to PayPal?
When it uploads to UA-cam music does it also mean normal UA-cam
The description was so spot-on that I got sidetracked from actually watching the video. May God bless you!

You have to pay once a year and you pay to use the app and not for singles or albums

Thanks for this
Great video!
the 20% off tunecore doesn’t work when i click the link why?
What is the process to get your song certified and copyrighted?
So do i need to create a spotify or any other streaming platform account first? or will tunecore do that?
sending this to carti

Could you show us how to remove uploaded songs we want removed
I just wanna add songs to my playlists that aren't on Amazon music already 😖
@Dakotah. no, I wanna add music that isn't on there. For example: a small youtube musician who isn't on amazon music
So you are telling me I can't upload my songs my self on about 10 platform and put in the work? That sound wired
you mean weird
Thanks bro
How do i create an account on all music platform
Do you have to have a Spotify url in order to upload music?
Thanks
Tune core ruined my release and didn’t follow through on the pre sale date.
I have recorded my own music at a recording company in Mexico. They released that music and it appears on music platforms. Can I still upload my music on my own to one of these distributors?
What’s your artist name
Dueto Hermanos Salgado
do you recommend using a mastering service before publishing? if so, what are the best ones? thank you 🙏
check out there, I recommend analogue mastering so you should see masterers for the genre you do
Great videos man. Can you change the name of the song after it has been uploaded via Tunecore or Distrokid? Thanks!
Yes, you can but unfortunately I think you’ll lose your streams.
Is there a promo code ?
i need to upload my music to my level in the game called "A dance of fire and ice"
Why do you use 2 distributors? Is it really necessary, what if they distribute to the same company?
Don’t use two distributors for the same song. It’s fine to try out a few different distributors for different songs.

I want to release a single to streaming platforms, can I do this for free and without wanting to earn any money as it is just 1 release?
at 2:57
what is that?
Man in 9$ pack will i be able to release unlimited singles for 1 year ? Please lemme know asap
the reason you can't go "direct" to streaming services w/ apple etc - is because they don't want to deal with the billions of up loaders direct and.. they don't want to pay you direct.
who is a distributer???
Hello, How is it monetized? `if your music statrs getting lots of views how do you benefit? Thanks
when you register your songs with ppl and prs, your digital music becomes copyright, and they control every single stream of your song world wide and they will pay you all the royalties, I will not get into details, but thats a step you need to do before even thinking to contact a distributor, since you will will need all your codes that ppl and prs will give you once you register. Hey, nice video , so i wanna start with tunecore , what dou you think about that company :)
I think that's a great option Adrift, and if you think you made a mistake then you can always switch distributor
@@CharlesCleyn for single 10$ on most of music platforms it can't get better i think, we will see results
Hey whats the difference between a dance music and pop music? And what is the average tempo of each?😀
Hey SG, Dance music is usually a fast bbm. Like 120, or higher and usually consist of a four on the floor rhythm. Pop music is anything currently "popular" and right now so looking at the global charts on spotify for example.

Yes exactly. Blues is quite structured where Jazz is very loose.

Do you have a channel on each platform where all your musics will be published?
Like an artist channel? Yes, I do. But if you're referring to an account on every streaming service, no you don't need that.
my guitar in my hand makes music.
now what?
Would they create the artists profile?
You have to create the artist profile yourself
Did i miss the part were i get paid????
Line Music it's not Supported!
Hes is so dam gorgeous
Cool
So every other single I release is also going to cost 10 $?
yes,. thats why is wayy cheaper to release an album
send me a link
you look like James Mcavoy
So if you upload 10 singles in a year, you have to pay $100 every year to keep em up?
Tunecore has distribution credits if you want to upload more than one single.
@@CharlesCleyn that wasn’t the question. The question was if I upload 10 songs . Will I have to spend 100 to keep those songs up every year

Isn’t that very expensive?
$10 a year is expensive? Lol
@@antmydude236 but is that every year and per single, or just per year?
@@ameliacampbell5246 per single I'm sure, just like a domain name. That ain't shit, just got to sell a few tracks per year and you break even

oki so ive got a question once u pay for it to be uploaded do u have to continue paying to keep it up or is it a one time fee?
It said it was 10 a year o guess as long as you are paying your music stay there
You pay once a year
Great video mate, can I upload music permanently
awesome to hear!
Literally tho, why can't you do this yourself? What is the point of the middleman?
There’s no other way
Agree. Spotify and Amazon should support artists by allowing a direct upload. No frills. Just upload a file and label it.
It says 3yrs ago tf
Please make also tutorial best way to sell your lyrics online

You say how to get your music on the internet for free🥴🙄then you start telling us to pay for it bruh
