I’m a costumer/runway stylist who also reworks fashion - I was drawn to the edgier styling often worn by the male groups. I also like the hooks and choreography - very street/hip hop style. The core riff in”Shut Down” reminds me of old school West Coast flavor with a touch of Asian instruments. Lisa’s voice/flow reminds me of M.I.A. (“Bad Girls” is a good example: ua-cam.com/video/2uYs0gJD-LE/v-deo.html), while Jennie sounds like Iggy Azalea.
