it's a toddler, so i think its alright for him. I have toddler cousins who drink with boba straws lot too :). we should be glad that the parents knows about choking hazards, as she didnt get the toddler tapioca :D
Yeah that is a risky situation, i wouldn't dare give my toddler that big straw to suck a lage amount of liquid in a one time . Also to top it off followed by balls.... not safe at all, yet thats just me.
