    Without a doubt, this year will be worse than the last. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of bad investment choices that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. I kept investing, but I couldn't determine whether to start paying for a house. In the end, I sold my positions, and the house needed more work than I had planned.     If these rates organic growth anyone can invest. If these rates are hyped being a capital then investors will be scooped. Everyone knows that Jagan never accept Amaravathi as a capital even after 10 years. So investment in Amaravathi is always volatile.

    Prices are already so hyped up, don't rush to buy for this high price. Better go a little far and buy agricultural lands and they will get good returns. The next 5-10 years returns are already added now so you have to wait for 5-10 years to see any returns

    The rates these greedy sellers are demanding are the rates which should be demanded after development. Not before there is any development or schools or migration for jobs, or hospitals, multiple kirana shops, basic restaurants and all such basic facilities. If this is how you charge now, then how will there be any development?
    Mutual funds is the way to go. Real estate mafia is always a mafia.

      If anybody cannot buy in Amaravati, they will buy in Mangalagiri or Tenali or Pedaparimi, Tadikonda etc etc
      Lot of villages, towns near by which we can go in 30 - 40 mins 🤷🏼‍♂️

      1 Once the hype goes out the prices will reduce.
      Or 2 it can be like Hiteck city of Hyderabad. Nobody lives in Hiteks except for rich. But everybody have to work in Hiteks. Most of the middle class people live in Kukatpally, Secunderabad, Miyapur, Kondapur etc areas. 🤷🏼‍♂️
      Anywhere max u can get 30 - 40k price. 🤷🏼‍♂️

      @@TarunKanthK I am basically from Vijayawada.... vjd city growing rationally being local I call tell you how land rates grown in vjd city...if you example bhavanipuram in 2014 it was 35k to 40k. Per square yard...now after 10 years avg per square yard cost here in vjd is 65k to 80k which is decent and reasonable as city has much advantage with connectivity and medium infrastructure in terms of road,rail and airport...
