Kavanagh Court Studio Tour (Dublin, Ireland)

I booked a Kavanagh Court classic studio (E05.08) from 27 Aug 2023 - 25 May 2024. It cost €14668 for 266 nights (€55/night). It's pricier than other student accommodations, probably because of its location and affiliation with Trinity College Dublin. Kavanagh Court is situated in a very convenient area. 7 min walk to Parnell LUAS (tram) stop, 10min walk to O Connell Street, 30 min walk to TCD. However it is slightly dodgy so try not to walk home alone after the sun sets (I did many times though). There is a shared laundry room, gym, games room and study rooms. I enjoyed staying in the studio because it was quiet, especially since I was studying a lot of the time for my final year exams and didn't want any distractions. If it's your first year here or you want social interaction, it's probably better to stay in a shared apartment. I felt that the Kavanagh Court management was better than Point Campus as they were more approachable and responsive. Overall I would recommend staying in Kavanagh Court!
