Rob you must have used the time off trail to get all nice and groomed. It sounds like you made a smart move to get the extra food you needed. It was fun seeing you set up camp. I have often wondered how you did your bear bags.
What a beautiful trail day! So great to see you enjoying the views and sights along the trail.... and including the graves!....even though you needed to hurry to Erwin to beat the weather. And it was fun to hear the excitement in our voice when you saw the trail magic. Lolol.....like a little kid. :-) It was cute!

The Garmin is working great. We enjoy keeping track of our hike with so much data collected by the Garmin. Hope to do a review soon to share our experience.
Just came across your channel and have watched several of your AT related videos. Very interesting, especially for those of us considering something like this or even a significant section. Curious as to total cost for your gear. You guys have some 'top dollar' gear.
Actually looked like fun and much more peaceful camping in your tent. Do you find your hunger is being satisfied with the prepacked snacks/meals or are you always craving a real sit down meal, meats, veggies, a nice beer/wine & dessert or a fav meal you cooked in the MH? We seem to always be more hungry after hiking. Do you miss your MH? Hope you beat the weather and have sunshine & blue skies again. Enjoy 😊
We enjoy our tent and look forward to using it more. Hiker hunger has not kicked in but appetite has improved. We do look forward to getting into town to eat fresh meals. Not missing the MH yet. Too many new experiences right now.

I reached Erwin April 7. I had no idea you were so far behind me since I did an interview with you. Hope the cold weather is behind you.
