Love it!! I ordered just my normal color hair dread extensions from them a while back. I absolutely love being able to have that long look while I still wait for my real dreads to grow longer🥰💖
They look amazing ! I’ve been following your dread journey from the beginning and love all your videos. I’m desperate to get dreads but am thinking to have synthetic dreads from Dreadshop first. Thanks so much for all your inspiration 💞
Thanks so much :) Yea you just take one of your dreads and put it through the loop of the synthetic extension, you wouldnt use all your dreads though because it would be waaay too think its just for a bit of extra volume and length :)
Hiya lovely, I love your videos! I have real dreads I’m a dark purple at the mo but I want to go back to blonde so my question is ...do you bleach your locks to keep them this blonde? I had recently put a blonde hair dye on but it was awful and and wished I had bleached them instead 🤣 (hindsight is a wonderful thing) Xx
Hey thank you so much! :) I do bleach my own roots like every 4-6 weeks but my regrowth goes blonde pretty easy because it's natural. I don't know if you saw my 'Bleaching my dreadlocks disaster' video but in that I went from dark brown to blonde but I had to bleach it 3 times and go to the hairdressers to tone hahaha. So unless you wanna do what I did and risk damaging it bad to go blonde quick, you might have to go through like an uncomfortable stage for a week or two and then dye it again and then wait another 2 weeks... maybe... sorry hope that helps xx
I asked Renate from Dreadshop who supplys them and she replied - Yes, you can wash them together with your natural dreads. Just use the same shampoo without a problem. Keep them in for 2 months is optional. My advice is to switch them around if you want to wear them for a longer time. So the roots they’re attached to can be maintained and don’t have the constant weight. Hope that helps! ❤
Literally had this planned for my first set in a few weeks lol. Same colors and all. 😆 🤣 so its a perfect visual. Thanks 😊
Awww thats awesome glad it helped :) !
