sick vid! i just recently had a character very similar, if you havn't yet experimented with them, i can strongly recommend adding zamor ice storm as well as the astel flail thing with the L2 that leaves the exploding clouds, really good for opening up against teams
thanks!! I played a bit with zamor storm a long time ago, but I didn't really like it, but that was before the big patch to poise dmg and stuff, so maybe now is better for stun locking people. Also the original iteration of this build had the stats to use the astel flail and I remember having fun with it, but I wasn't really a fan how much dmg you could do with that thing 😅, like I would manage to hit once with the skill and I would instantly delete a phantom or the host and that is not really the kind of experience I like to get from invasions...
great stuff, any good ways to punish a knockdown from carian greatsword, for the times when you catch people out of mid air with carian gs, it kind of interrupts the true combo sometimes
you can still use the piercer to punish that, but you need to reposition yourself closer to them after the knockdown and then go for a fully charged piercer, that thing has so many active frames that you usually catch people panic rolling from the knockdown
