You also have to tip your driver. Drivers rely on the tips they don't receive any of those fees .
You didn't employ the drivers, their employer is the one that needs to make sure they are paid well and satisfied.
The only reason Walmart and Amazon recommend you tip your driver is because it saves them money, why should it come out of our end when these companies make 100's of billions more than us?
Tipping is why I have never signed up for these services. If you have to tip a percentage of the food every time you get a delivery then it's not worth it IMO. I just noticed that Walmart has an addon to their Walmart Plus called Walmart In Home. Apparently with the In Home addon the items are delivered by Walmart employees instead of Door Dash and such. This is an extra $40/yr service on top of Walmart Plus but I still feel it's worth it if you use it on a weekly/bi weekly basis.

I think it’s ridiculous that Walmart charges for groceries under $35. I’m a retire senior citizen with a limited food budget of $138 a month for groceries and can’t afford a $6.99 delivery fee every time I shop.
Im done with Amazon fresh prices is higher and now they charging and then whe got to tip,,,
I just order got it, because I live up on the 3rd floor, so to be able to have 2 cases/80 bottles of water, 25 lb of cat litter, 16 lb of cat food, plus 16 other items = is totally worth it!
I hate third floor deliveries. Those are the worst tippers to. Hell apartments suck period. Houses ftw.
