Jennifer Hudson is an old soul (if that makes sense). In the 70's she could have been THE BIGGEST SUPERSTAR of black music. And she is a superstar today, and I love that she is so different from mainstream.

In my opinion, she did not do that song any justice. That song was just too big for her voice. It's not a powerhouse song. 😢😮
She did it a lot of justice. She sung it the way only Jennifer Hudson could. She wasn’t trying to be like Mariah and that’s what made it so good.
