Vito I visited Roberta Susta in April. It was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Funny note, because he noticed that me and my girlfriend were tourist. He immediately knew I came from your recommendation. He told me everything about his dough and he helped with getting a taxi. Very friendly man! Next time please tell your viewers that they need to come by car :p it was a pain in the a** to get a taxi back to the city.
The only thing resembling an Indian taco here, or as we call them on the rez, Navajo tacos, is the bread frying in the oil. Mexican gordita's would be a better comparison 👍

Most likely it didn't rise because your gluten network wasn't well developed, try to improve that (kneading more, rest the dough, stretch and fold, lamination, etc.), it's very hard to kill the yeast that way
