इस पध्दति में ऑपरेशन, चीरा लगाने या टांका लगाने की कोई जरूरत नहीं पड़ती है। यह उपचार मरीज को सामान्यतः बिना बेहोश किये, रीढ़ में इंजेक्शन देकर कमर के नीचे का भाग सुन्न करके किया जाता है। इस क्रिया में पेशाब के रस्ते (मूत्रनलिका) से दूरबीन डालकर प्रोस्टेट की गाँठ का अवरोध उत्पन्न करनेवाला भाग खुरचकर निकाल दिया जाता है।

Sir my father is suffering with prostate tumor. In 2007 he had been operated in Tata cancer hospital Bombay. His testicles was removed.. He was very well nd active till Nov 21Appx 14 yrs. But after that he is having problem regarding in flow of urine. I have consulted Dr in Bombay. Channel TURP was done in month of Mar 22. But 2 day before his urine was blocked nd cathedral was provided. Again I consulted to Dr at Bombay, he prescribed some medicine nd told to remove cathedral on 14 th Nov. But Dr in Allahabaad is not ready to remove the same. Pl advice me, what I should do?
