I am a licensed PTA and the lab tech in The PTA program at a local community college. I think you have done some excellent instructional videos. I have recommended them to students to view at home as reinforcement of what we do in class.
I need you for my PT!! The one I'm seeing now doesn't do my dorsiflexing & plantar flexing the way you do. She sits at my feet facing me & grabs my foot with both hands & forces it toward me & shoves my foot downward. Before doing this she uses ultrasound on my ankle. I broke my heel on Deck 28, 2018 & have been seeing a PT twice a wk since March 4. The 2nd visit she had me taking a few steps & last wk said No more wheelchair. Next time you come in I want you walking with this walker. I do the best I can walking but it is excruciating to say the least. After i walk for her she has me do my active range of motion exercises tgen uses estim with an ice pack for 15 mins. I can't really see much improvement, I do my exercises twice a day as told to, plus ice my foot. Every time I ask a question the answer is always ICE IT!! Seriously, ice isn't a cure all. Pain level still the same as before i started going. Beginning to wonder if it's a waste of time. My ankle ROM is better, but I'm doing it myself at home. Any thoughts? Hope you can tell me if I need to go elsewhere.
being a year now hope you are alright ijust readen your comment. at time you must not always trust PT some of them just give u rondom solutions that actualy dont work they just care about the money and force u to get better fast.

I love all the equipment in the background. Have you been keeping busy with the quarantine lockdown?
