Brilliant thanks very much. Have been waiting for somebody to make this video and raising the concerns I had about the height and it being top loading.
Thank you for making this video. Very helpful! Does the bag sit okay onto the bike rack without a flat base? I’d have thought a thin piece of ply wood under the bag maybe required? Thanks 😊
Hi Richard, good point! I think it would help, but will also add to the weight, albeit not too much. We have Milenko mats for escaping wet grass/mud in the bottom, and I guess they serve a similar role. I think if you are only carrying smaller things, a base of some sort would definitely be a good idea. All the best, and thanks for your kind words, Jonathan
Just an addendum to my last reply, on reflection, a base board may not fit onto the bag if you have the internal frame, too - it is an extremely tight fit! You could potentially bolt a board to the bike frame and then sit it on top. Saying that, ours seems to be working ok without. But one thing I would have emphasised in the video is how tight the fit is! Doing up the zip can be a challenge, and it can put a lot of strain on the corner edges of the bag, especially if anything is ‘pushing out’ the bag from the inside. Cheers, Jonathan
Hi Frank, it is ok, but we are going to change for an aluminium box. It keeps out rain, but not heavy rain. It is also difficult to access the bag when reaching in. But it is lightweight, and there is plenty of storage, so it is quite a good option if this is what is important to you. Hope that helps, all the best
I have one, it's complete garbage. The rods pop out, it doesn't sit flat on a Fiamma bike rack. If you put plywood down and then attach the rear straps to the rack it pulls the rods out again. I only found this out a few days before a long treck up to Scotland. I'm going to wrap a tarp around it and bungee strap the hell out of it! Really, don't waste a £100.
Buona sera, sarei interessato anche io ad acquistare questo prodotto della fiamma ma ho qualche informazione da chiederle magari mi può aiutare, quando piove passa l'acqua? In viaggio è stabile? Grazie mille per aver messo questo video
Thanks for commenting. It seems to be quite stable, especially with the frame - although the frame is very tight in the bag. We haven’t had any rain yet! So can’t comment about the water, but I will let you know, once we do. It seems well made but probably a box would be better to be sure of being waterproof.

Hi Bernie,
how is your feedback after 10 month?
Remain happy
