@youngladybusiness try a razor blade on the bottom of the stove. It worked for baked on oil spots I had.
Hey Kayla, line the bottom of your oven with Aluminum Foil, so all you would have to do is replace the foil.
or she can get an oven liner mat from Amazon and I notice TJ Maxx and Marshalls sale it sometimes.

Happy New Year! For the permanent oven marks, I use Brillo which gets the stains up and doesn't harm the enamel. Also if you use oven cleaner and turn on the oven before to heat it it kinds of helps pull the stains up better. Can you please share that mop system you are using to clean the kitchen floor? Thanks.

Thanks for letting us know about Grove. My first project is painting my living room. Just purchased my paint. It took me a moment to decide the color. Once my new couch arrived my decision was made. Second, painting my china cabinet. Seeing how you completed your dinette was my inspiration. 🤔💡✨
I reorganize and clean my fridge every 2 weeks. I'm constantly wiping my door handles and microwave though. My oven is another story. 😂 The top I whip clean after every use though. I'm writing a schedule to deep clean oven and will hopefully stick to it. It's not really bad, but it needs to be cleaned.

Starting really using the dishwasher. Run it almost every night. Empty in the morning and fill as the day and night go by. We cook almost every meal so it’s easier to just rinse and put Immediately in the dishwasher. Keeps the sink clear and clean.

Do I like steam mopping??? Chileeee I have ditched regular use of most manual cleaning tools in my house. I got robots, corded vacs, cordless vacs a steam mop, fingerprint locks, all kinds of Jetson-like things going on. I mean, there's a broom and a mop somewheres around here but for me, I can't be bothered for daily cleaning with the manual work LOL!!! Love following your journey.
To cut down on paper towel usage, you should use a microfiber wash cloth. It dries quickly and never smells. Happy New Year!
I hate doing the dishes! I cook and my husband does them. We are waiting for our new construction home to be built; estimated completion March 23rd. We chose black quartz countertops for the kitchen with a matching black quartz single bowl sink like yours.

They make oven liners so that you don’t have to scrub. The stuff you can’t get off, but East off oven cleaner. Spray it and let it sit. It will come off
Also, aluminum foil inside oven makes the oven overheat dud to the reflection. The element will burn out. You can buy awesome oven mats off Amazon and the are washable and work great.
I like that realistic goals - My realistic goals is to eat healthier and more meditation and more things for my mental health and definitely keeping my finances in order.

I clean my oven at least every other week because I cook at least 5 days a week; I know I am crazy. For the spots that are still at the bottom of the oven, use baking soda and a little dawn dish detergent or whatever detergent you have and make a paste. Spread it over the stains and let sit overnight. The next day get a half of lemon and use to scrub the spot, wipe clean and it will be new. Also you can heat your oven to 200 and then sprinkle salt on the stain. Let sit for a few minutes and wipe away. Let me know if that helps you. It sure helps my oven.

I only clean the oven either when there is a big spill or every two months or so if it’s not really dirty but the goal is to not have a bunch of spilling in there that can continue to burn when you bake things it will make everything smell burnt if you leave it in there.
It's best to wash and rines dishes before place in dish washer.

Happy new year. An item to consider for the new year use is micro fiber towels instead of paper towels. They are washable, antibacterial and antifungal and they wipe up great. I use a white pack for my kitchen and a colorful pack for the household cleanups. The colors don't bleed and can be bleached. Amazon has a great price on a decent amount of towels. They last forever!

I usually clean my oven every 3-4 months 🥴🥴🥴🥴. I like to use the sprayway oven cleaner because it gets the job done!
Happy New Year. I spent 3 days cleaning my whole place before the new year came in. It took so long because my 18 month old granddaughter was helping lol. I love your kitchen and wish I had that much space. I plan on doing some things to make my home more me and getting more settled here.

Christmas was awesome it wa light since we. Pokes a huge dinner Thanksgiving. We had Reuben ‘s . Smashed potatoes . Potato’s salad, pickles also cheese and pepperoni cracker tray , brownies and I made puppy chow and Christmas crunch which is Yummo!!! And assorted. Jesse cake!

Happy New Year!! I usually like to wash dishes on hand if I'm cooking or making a big meal as I go, that way I don't have much to put in the dishwasher. We had a large fresh Atlantic salmon fillet with asparagus and redskin potatoes, greens,yams, mac n cheese,and corn bread for Christmas. We have granite in the kitchen and I like the color, I have a sink similar to yours but stainless. For the oven I like to put foil at the very bottom so I can just remove it when stuff drips. Long comment right!? I wanted to answer all the questions 😄🥰

Happy New Year...Congratulations on Grove I'm a member with them and love them and all of deals. One thing I plan on doing and it is going to sound really weird but I only go through my mail every 2 months or so. I've had refund checks that have gone bad...ok there have been a few times when I let it go longer than 2 months. But opening my mail daily and shredding it right away is going to be huge. I am doing the dollar challenge again this year. It feels good to count all of my money from last year.

I have used Grove service before...they have great products. Kayla dish washing isn't my favorite so I have found for me that if I either wash each item when I'm done, and drain it on a rack or towel. Or I would run the dish item under water to remove food and load it straight into dishwasher. I love watching the cleaning video's they are motivating. Thanks for sharing..

Walmart sells an oven mat for the bottom of stoves to catch food that falls to the bottom. It's the Range Kleen full size trimmable oven liner-16.25 x 23 inches.
I think if you use cascade you won’t have to wash/scrub the a lot of dishes before you load the dishwasher. Not to block the Grove promo you have going.
Hope your holidays were filled with fun and love. Just a quick hint - shouldn't put anything wood in dishwasher as it splits and gets wrecked.
If your oven shelves can fit in the dishwasher, they come up really clean and safes scrubbing. I had a fab festive break with my family which is really big so general we just buy presents for the kids & young adults. 🙂
