It's very hard to handle I find. Watched dozens of videos how to do it. Becomes too thin with turning it over with it stretching and burns easily and the crust is full of uncooked dough. I ended up after throwing heaps of bases in the bin and using a rolling pin as the shape isn't consistent. I never flip it over now. Leave it thick in the middle
