I think this money should have been used to generate and distribute electricity in the state. It is high time states commence providing electricity for the people rather than leaving it for the federal government. Just look where they are, there is no light, what's this for God's sake?
Yes electricity project is necessary, should invest in electricity project. Like Abia already there Imo already signed to complete 370 plus at Ohaji Egbema which is 70,% done,Enugu replicate same done at Abia and Anambra Soludo already making plan underway.
