I'm practicing with what I'm able to understand and haven't yet gotten the correct degree of surface moisture vs interior moisture of the paper, so I'm still getting some blooming when I add wet into wet. That varies with the paper surface as well. Can anyone tell me what brand and surface of paper he is using? Mainly the answer will be more practice, but the paper type may help as well. Also, if anyone knows the brand and pigments he uses, please share. Of course it's his mastership that is so spectacular, not the materials he uses, but still, different pigments (and brands) respond differently wet in wet. Thanks for any tips you can share! I'm loving hearing Russian, even though I don't understand it. And thanks to Mr. Temerev and to Ms. Averchenko for posting these master classes.
