    Start with your core activation
    Then do the following 4x all the way through
    Wall Push Dead Bugs 1min
    Plank 1min
    Mountain Climbers 1min
    Side Plank Bends 30secs per side
    High Plank Toe Touches 1min
    Bird Dog 1min
    Back Extension, Chest lift off 30x, Right arm Left leg 15x, Left arm Right Leg 15x, Scuba Steve 30x
