I've always wondered: Wouldn't it be useful to upgrade the expansion Town Hall instead of the main base so that the peasants may turn into militia in the expo? Also, increased health for the expo in case of attack
Yes, this has been a thing in the past for the reasons you mentioned. However, at some point it stopped, probably because somehow the expo is still more vulnerable and if you lose it, it'd be doubly bad.

I notice you attack buildings that are getting repaired too often and end up not killing the building while you could have killed 3-4 builders instead if you attacked them repairing builders first, and sometimes even kill those builders and then the building.
Totally true, it could be lack of focus, or urgency, or thinking the breaking point of the building's death is near. Sometimes, I also enjoy the repair cost they are doing, and deliberately let them keep repairing, knowing im eventually gonna kill everything anyway, so now they wasted money on repairs.

*facepalm* It's not just to make it more fair, depending on bandwith and how good the PC is, having to update every item on the map every 20 ms or 150ms is a huge difference in strain on connection and PC. And if you are validating eveyrthing threw a server to ensure no cheating is going on, a lot of server capacity as well. The fact it also balances out input command speed is just a by product.

To be fair, UD fighting HU is pretty boring. HU has only like one possible way to play and there's basically no good way to force any other play.

In the first game the rush worked nicely. Second hero delayed, creeping and harassing denied. Grubby was pinned to his own base for quite some time.

Don't be too harsh he completely lost there is no reason to stay when opponent t2 and u t1 stuck at lvl 1 lich no point in staying a 99% lost game
