Ap apna hair type ka sampoo use kariye. Chemical treatment off kar k natural treatment karo (methi, mehendi, aleovera, amla, dahi, lembu, egg white). 10 days me 1 bar jarur karna. Sampoo week me 2 bar jo sampoo apko suit kare. Shower k baad bal thik se dry karna
Go to a pharmacy and ask for ketoconazole based shampoo... Eg : KenzSal lotion.... First wash your hair with normal shampoo and then use this kenzSal lotion/ shampoo only on the scalp....dandruff should not return back atleast for 2-3 days... If still it's not helping means you have some issue and contact a dermatologist.... Going to palours won't help... Also just a suggestion, try avoiding dairy products products with non veg and salty stuff .... Just try for few days and see if it's helping you!
