    I’m eating vegetarian and Vegan, I’ve dropped some weight and enjoy eating healthier. I don’t like dairy milk at all and have used plant milk forever.Vegan cheese is expensive, I don’t use it often. I love a burger and I make a pretty good vegan one. I’ve learned at lot about Vegan cooking lately and find it really creative. I love the spices and make some of my own. And I’m all about ethnic food, Spicy is my choice.. I eat a lot of peanut butter too. Great channel and Instagram. Oh ,I watch all GMO’s very important..Too much soy isn’t great either..So much to pay attention to.Oh I love Dates...Pasta, eggless of course..

    Hi guys! First at all I LOVE your IG and UA-cam channel. Your recipes are delicious and you give me so many ideas. 🙂 After watching this video, I am wondering if I am taking enough supplements. I only take B12 and vitamin D but you mention iron and omegas as well so should I be taking those as well? I pretty much eat veggies chickpeas lentils tofu... some rice and pasta.... ??? I'm quite lost haha as I there are so many things I have read I don't know what to do anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️ thanks 🙂😘

    Hei guys, what are your favourite vegan sausages? Most of the vegan variations i know are packed with so much salt and a few additives. Thanks and greez from germany

      M. B. good question! Tbh we really like the Linda McCartney sausages. But if you’re looking for less salty, maybe try the Heck brand. But it’ll be tough finding a brand which isn’t processed and contains lots of ingredients

    The ONE and only non vegan thing i still consume (and i feel I'm helpless about it) is the yogurt, I mean its creamy and moderately sweet and sour taste, its texture is something i just can't leave😭 if possible anyone plz share me any yoghurt substitute that actually does taste like dairy yoghurt.. and not something totally different like chickpea yoghurt

    Before I became vegan I loved chocolate I would crave it a lot but now since I became vegan I have lost the craving but Yes I still eat vegan chocolate here and there but not as much as I used to

    I disagree with your meanings of vegan and plant based. To me, vegan means avoiding wherever possible anything that harms animals. Plant based means your diet is based on plants (not necessarily only plants). Neither have anything to do with health, either. You can be plant based or vegan and eat hot chips and veggie burgers every day and drink a carton of beer every night.
