What does range squad lethally do ? Does it increase your damage if ur infantry?

No. Ranged Squad Lethality will ONLY increase DMG dealt by any Ranged Troops in your Squad.
So, if you have this attribute on your Infantry Armament, it will not affect infantry troops in your squad.

What is squad lethality effect?

Lethality basically increases all DMG (except Skill DMG) by your squad. It is calculated based on your total Lethality & Enemy's total Block.
If your Lethality is less than enemy's Block, you deal that much less DMG to your enemy, & vice versa.
