Thank you, fantastic to see such great footage of them! Judging by the setlist (and the Million Vacations era drum head being present), this is some time between mid-February and April. It's very likely a high school show as well. I've tried going through dates they did around this time, but it's nearly impossible to find period accurate photos of high school auditoriums without having a bunch of old yearbooks at your disposal.
Pretty sure it's April. I know a guy who transcribed a setlist at a gig at Victoria Park SS that month, and it's pretty well the same as this video. And Max setlists weren't static for long, if ever.
