    Resha Shami Kabab:
    Ingredients:
    Boiled beef 400 gm
    Shredded beef 100 gm
    Boiled gram lentil ¾ cup
    Boiled potatoes 2
    Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
    Salt as required
    Chopped onion 1
    Mint, green chilies ½ cup
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Nutmeg mace ¾ tsp
    Eggs 2
    Yogurt 2 tbsp
    Oil for fry
    Cucumber, tomatoes, onion for garnish
    Method:
    Blend beef, potatoes, gram lentil, salt and crushed red chilies well. Add shredded beef, all spice powder, nutmeg, mace, chopped onion, mint, green chilies, yogurt and egg mix well. Make kabab fry in hot oil. Garnish with cucumber, tomatoes and onion.
    Sesame Chicken Strips:
    Ingredients for chicken Marination:
    Chicken chopped 400 gm
    Meat tenderizer 1/8 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Buttermilk ½ cup
    Worcester shire sauce 2 tbsp
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Eggs 2
    Oil as required
    Ingredients for Coating:
    Flour 1-1/2 cup
    Corn flour 2 tbsp
    Paprika powder 1 tsp
    Salt as required
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Garlic powder 1 tsp
    Italian herbs as required
    White sesame seeds as required
    Method:
    Mix all ingredients of marination except egg and oil and leave for 3 to 4 hour. Beat egg well. Mix all dry ingredients and sieve well. Keep aside. Coat chicken with flour then dip in egg. Again coat with flour, cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Serve with any sauce.
    Apple Date Milk Shake:
    Ingredients:
    Chopped apples 2
    Dates 10
    Milk 2 cup
    Oat 1 tbsp
    Ground cinnamon 2 pinches
    Sugar 2 tbsp
    Ice as required
    Method:
    Blend all ingredients, remove and serve in glass
