Hi. Your vídeo saved my machine. It was really hard to manage those f*** clips, but after that it became really easy to solve the same issue you had. Thanks a lot of.
I spent 30 minutes trying to get one clip off. I tried a bent hanger but it was just frustrating so I got a small long flat edge and bent the end a bit. I release the first side clip and put a kitchen knife to pry out. You have to put the knife in at the same time or it will just lock back. Got the second clip out , ended up breaking the end clip and release the two clips on the other side and could not feel the last clip on the end with my screw driver so I just broke it. Very bad design for taking apart and I feel like I will use two sided tape to seal the top back on. The only reason I can see for not using screws was to cheap out. Also maybe I will just drill 4 holes in the top to line up with the 4 torx screws so kill two birds with one stone. I think I saw on another video they used a little contact cement to glue the black tube in place to prevent future separations. ` Yes I just finished drilling 4 holes. I clipped the top back on and then got a small drill bit and drilled through from the bottom. You need longer screws. So the next time it fails I just take out 4 screws. I will break off the remaining 4 clips. The rubber black suction tube was half off , that was the problem and I put a little contact cement and slid it back on. I imagine many of these machines go in the trash for most people. You don't pay people to fix these. It would cost more than buying a new one. Very bad design for taking apart.
Thank you so much for this video. It was impossible to find a way to remove from these thingies so I just pulled outside the pink lid, where the buttons are, with a screwdriver and I broke one thingie. By doing that the other thingies just smoothly opened and the pink lid came off! I needed to unscrew the screws and that was it. You saved my day!
Ugh, last thing you want to find out when you have to pump at 2am is that your pump isn't working. Thank you so much for this video because I would have never found those clips (which were horrible to pop off!!). The plastic got a bit deformed in the process but at least I was able to pump and be back in bed by 3!
Removed the top and reconnected the valve. Can I test it before closing bk everything or do we have to close bk the entire system to have it come bk on
Hi Zero. Thanks for this. Just wanted to know if you had to remove the four screws first? Also what type of screws are they? do I need flathead or Philips?
it’s possible just try to find the rounded one. and the new models don’t have this open suction mechanism inside. they are sealed and thought accessible but if your. item is new then not worth it. return. if it’s old try otherwise buy a second hand.
I can’t find the right tools! I asked customer service of Philips, as I have no receipt but registered it. Offered me 20% discount on their website. If only my date of manufacture is within 24 months it can be replaced. Can anyone share their Serial Number?
Like why not paste that part done. This shit is designed to make you buy another, anyhow once you get the one clip off just it up stick a flat tip screw driver through the top and push it up near each clip it pops off
Thank you! Been four years since we last used this and now it didn't suck. Works again

You're a gem. Exactly what was wrong with mine!! Thank you! Those clips are a bastard but like you say, once those are off it's easy.

Thanks a million bro. You have helped me fixing it.
Thank you!! Helped, but that was hard.
Removed the top and reconnected the valve. Can I test it before closing bk everything or do we have to close bk the entire system to have it come bk on
I also added dumpers on the motor (sticker for chair legs) for binding motor to chassis to prevent furder possible disconnection of rubber tubes.

That company should be ashamed of themselves, I will never buy Philips Brand ever again… so many people probably bought new ones because of this crap

I may also add you can get some double sided tape and place it on top of the motor to stop it from moving inside of the case
Thanks for the vedio ..
