His parents are WRONG for strangling that spirit and gift God has given him. If they nurtured it, he’d probably be another Red, Brandon Lake, and other rock bands that glorify God. instead, he’s probably going to spend many years wandering away from God, being destroyed by the world, but hopefully finding his way back sooner rather than later before the world destroys him. And if you think that God doesn’t like rock music, you must be a very uptight sad and judgmental person. God put rock music in my heart too. And I could NEVER separate myself from Him. i would check that judgmental spirit-God also warns of a haughty spirit goes before a fall.
