That Birkin is just stunning. I am not a fan of the Birkin but this is by far the most beautiful one I’ve seen.

Great video. There aren't enough YT channels about men who love Hermes - so this was a welcome change. Bravo. I took the plunge this weekend and purchased a beautiful "pre-loved" Kelly 35 retourne togo in etoupe with silver hardware. I cannot wait to get it - major grail moment. :-) I plan to use it "messenger style" with a nice 2" wide strap that I purchased separately. I don't have the patience for the whole "prove to us that you are worthy" nonsense at Hermes for these types of purchases - so is why I went pre-owned route. I have had to deal with that enough in the watch world. Anyway - congrats on your beautiful bags - they are awesome.

Three beautiful, handsome and many people's dream bags are here - yours! I see Cityback from local Hermes store often but the waiting list for Birkin, Kelly is way looong! I really like your Kelly bag. It's very different than most Kelly bags I've seen. It's masculine not like most Kelly's skirt shape.
Even now I heard they got rid of the list and you either have to try your luck or establish a good relationship with an SA. I wish they continued making the Kelly Depeche

Maybe the cutback if I can get my hands on a black Birkin or Kelly - but I think people expect me to list it well below retail even though it's brand new, so I usually just keep my stuff unless I know for sure I won't use it and I need the closet space lol. I might do a winter holiday sale in December, so keep a lookout 😊

Yeah, I'm so glad I found it and in the condition it is in. I'm still using my LV Neo Alexander (which is now discontinued) from about 6 years ago and is one of my first videos on this channel

love the Kelly Depeche! it’s very rare now, the only downside is the lack of long strap (for me). and you have a very lovely collection of Hermès bags
Yeah, I definitely need a shoulder strap for a proper work bag, but I don't see how you can make it retain its silhouette if you add a shoulder strap. Thanks for watching
Hermes is selling a new version of kelly depeche which, in my humble opinion, doesn't not look as good as the original one. However, some Hermes boutiques in western Europe still accept special order for Kelly Depeche as I know. But I'm really not sure how much you'd need to spend before making a special order though....

You need a kelly 40, kelly relax or HAC. Etoupe is such a beautiful neutral color that goes with everything
I tried the Kelly 40 HAC and it looks very feminine unless you get it in the stiff box leather in color noir (black).

That Kelly depeche is gorgeous. I’m more interested in small bags. My next Hermés purchase is either a Kelly Sellier 25 in black epsom with palladium or a Birkin 25 in black epsom or Togo with palladium.

Thanks! I have not, I've had the men's peekaboo before, but wasn't practical for me and honestly would prefer to stick to LV and Hermes for bags (maybe Dior for SS19).
SartorialPhil what didn’t you like about the peekaboo? I love their selleria versions of the peekaboo and was considering getting one when I go back to Europe. I think after your review, I may consider a Birkin as well, if I make it into their lottery system.
It just felt too clumsy for me, esp with the detached zipper in the back...and I found out that it goes on sale, so that also ruined the appeal for me.
