It doesn't have as much universal utility as much as b+1. The evasion on b+1 is better, not to mention a mid, so it can't be ducked. b+2 is a high and has less evasion. Although, there are certain scenarios where b+2 is absolutely better than b+1. But as always, you need to get the (moderately difficult) read to know when to use b+2 and not b+1.
