This Dark LED 3rd brake light is a full replacement assembly for the factory 3rd brake light on the rear deck or trunk lid of your 2014-2015 Camaro. The bright Red LED's are sure to grab the attention when operated and the dark housing will add a stealth look to your Camaro. A switch located on the lights harness allows you to choose between stock mode or the Rapid Fire Mode. This mode will make the brake light flash in rapid succession about 8 times before going steady solid when you apply the brakes.

So will this cancel the delay with the 6th gen taillights that’s on the 5th gen Camaro with the rapid fire.
Jehu Montas will not change the actual taillights. If you worried about delay the rapid fire light reacts/performs like the oem lights.

For the 4 housing screws, is there a risk of the screws falling off and losing them behind the trunk lid panel while unscrewing?
Yes, that is a possibility. We suggest taking your time to prevent this from happening and possibly even a magnet to help catch the screws.
