Huge respect for all the people caring for the animals! I hope these chicks grow up strong and healthy.
They are adorable. Thanks for caring for them so lovingly.
They're unreasonably cute
Poor babies
They need their warm feathered mana penguin
Not an old stuffed one
Four of the chicks are currently being reared by their parents. Two chicks are receiving special attention and around-the-clock care from veterinarians and keepers at our animal hospital. We noticed one chick was unusually small and had an umbilical infection, so it needed treatment and close monitoring. Keepers found the other chick outside of its nest extremely hypothermic and unresponsive and rushed it to the animal hospital, where it received emergency care. The two chicks are currently living in an incubator and are doing much better.
