Well, depends where you come from. In Boston, fixer-uppers in nice neighborhoods are well over $1 million if not $2 million. Sell that, and you can do a nice trade into Florida.

Well, depends where you come from. In Boston, fixer-uppers in nice neighborhoods are well over $1 million if not $2 million. Sell that, and you can do a nice trade into Florida.
