Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, a WCH mechanical bell, a WCH gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.
Signal on the right: 4 pairs of WCH 12x24 inch lights, a WCH mechanical bell, a WCH gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights.
After catching Amtrak 90, I decided to head up to this crossing in St. Stephen for my next train. CSX already had a northbound lined through here, so thankfully I didn't have to wait too long before my third train of the day came rolling through here: CSX M400 with an SD70MAC leading an AC44CW for power!
This crossing is another nice one, featuring a 1980s CSX install that's still fairly original. In the mid-90s, CSX replaced the lights on the far signal with the current Safetran 12x24s. Thankfully, since then, nothing else major has changed to this crossing. Sadly, both WCH bells here do sound rough, so hopefully CSX gives them some needed TLC. Either way, I'm glad to have been able to record this crossing as well.
