I live alone and just woke up to prepare for another night shift in the hospital. I am very tired and don't have time to prepare for my meals anymore so I am just watching this while munching on some bread and waiting for my food delivery which I will be taking with me to eat at work. Watching your videos has been my daily routine of calming myself down before I face the chaos of my job. I really needed to hear those words.

When you explained, that your friend chose those colours for you especially I was so moved! Such seemingly little things are so thoughtful. 🤍

My dad always asks me how my day was at dinner, (bc i'm doing college at my hometown, and i stay at home). Your words made me realize and appreciate the value of his words, and perhaps if i wasn't asked this, sometimes annoying, sometimes gratefully received question, i'd probably be a lot more anxious and stressed. Maybe i am stressed rn, but i understood maybe that takes away some of the worry.
Its a blessing to be able to just complain that you are tired and we just have to wait until something accomplished has been acheived.
Its the days in between that matter as well.
And a simple question can relieve a little of the burden.
