Had a grown turquoise blue one come off a tree or shed roof right onto the windshield of my car! At night! With another car behind me! I rounded a curve on a farm to market road and my windshield was suddenly full of blue bird!! I hit my brakes in a panic not knowing I was in slight shock, looked in my rear mirror and it was walking around in the headlights of the car behind me! My daughter knew the people and said they raised pea hens. I told her they nearly killed her mom by heart attack! Lol
