    Love your positive attitude and motivation! I have done meditation a few times, but I need to take it more seriously, and get into doing it regularly, as it has been amazing the difference it has made any time I have taken it seriously and done it properly. It really does work for better sleep, improved mood, anything you want to change for yourself really. I have listened to Calm the Mind on UA-cam which is really good! These are all really good tips and advice. Reading in the morning is a good one. I have only ever read at night and to be honest I’m so exhausted that I don’t get too far 😂
