ehem. This is Japan and Korea’s Heath and hygiene standards here. They use gloves, tongs and masks even in pre-pandemic times in some places.

Did y’all take food handling classes if you all did your going to kill someone. The only reason it’s ok is the high temperature to fry. Other than that he uses the same gloves to grab the boxes and put the chicken in the ice. A big no no the chicken where not even washed we saw the whole process unless he puts them in order in the ice box and takes them back out to wash them so we don’t see him Washing the chicken? Lol

They sell that same Korean deep fried chicken at our local Korean grocery shop, Hanaromart. It’s so crunchy and the taste is so good even without sauce. Also surprisingly, not oily.

@@illixe7927 I have been in food business 20 years. These chickens were selected by weight and size then dry packed specifically for this customer. This is a system they do every day..
I don't eat meat but this chicken looks so delicious that I would seriously consider eating. 😋🤤 And I am also surprised to see the hygiene standards. Everything is clean, raw meat separated from the cooking area and kept with ice in a cooler, clean tools and utensils, hands with gloves, clean counters and display area. Considering that this is a street kitchen, I couldn't ask for more. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Love it 💖💖💖
@Lavina Montoya couldn't agree with you more! I watched an Indian street food video, almost puked. Then Pakistani, same thing but Korean is always, always clean, sanitary conditions, good practices.

@@natalianakoriakova8084 being an indian I must say , I agree with you on that hygiene part, I was really surprised and pleased to see the measure korean street vendors are taking about the hygiene, Street food looks delicious in india too but I just couldn't try it because of the hygiene issues, use of bare hands in everything just creeps me out. Wish I could have some hygienic yet delicious street food in india.

Тут перчатки не только для гигиены, поскольку рядом кипящее масло перчатки защитят кожу рук. Посмотрите на чистоту вокруг на их решетки и посуду всё чисто это не беляши на вокзале хотя это уличная еда.

Lesley Ark Washing meat is bad practice. So much so if a restaurant in the U.K. Is found to be washing meat it could be prosecuted or closed down. Meat from the supermarket comes with a printed warning on the packet not to wash it. Meat washing see,me to be a cultural thing in some places, and it's largely practiced out of tradition, not science. The reality is that washing meat does More harm than good.
