Could you make a video about working remotely as a mechanical engineer (maybe interviewing others engineers as you metioned in this video)? Thank you for sharing your knowledge ❣
Great idea! I'll try to make that as soon as I find some engineers that work remotely!
very useful advice, thanks
Glad it was helpful!
ROAD TO 100K!!
That's the dream 😉❤
Thanks for answering my question very first 🙂
Thanks for the great question!
@@theannareich you're welcome
Hello, is being good at maths very important??
Ps. Thanks for the informative video 💕
Hi, thanks for watching!
The short answer is that it depends - you need to somewhat befriend math to get through university but afterwards you can find both engineering jobs that basically only need high school level math and jobs where the math sky is the limit.
The long answer you can find in my video dedicated to this question 😄 ua-cam.com/video/v2bYNLYqo88/v-deo.html
@@theannareich thank you so much 💓
hello anna i dont really like programing and coding stuff, so which engineering careers are best in this case, and also is it really important that i learn some sort of codes?
If you don't like coding, I'd go with an engineering type that's more hardware focused like Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. You probably still need to learn the basics of coding in university (I had one course on the basics of computer science myself) but you can find lots of engineering jobs in those fields that don't need any coding.
I would recommend not to pick Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics since they all need quote some coding (although for the last two you can probably still find some jobs where you don't need to code, just not as easily)
@@theannareich thanks anna!!!
Anna, working in Sweden as an engineer, is it necessary to know Swedish? Are you studying Swedish?
Great question! It really depends on where in Sweden you live and what kind of company you work at. Living in Stockholm and working at an international startup, I really don't need any Swedish atm (although it's still good to learn the language for making better connections with Swedes and Swedish culture). And Stockholm has a really big startup culture. In smaller towns and in more traditional companies, you definitely need Swedish! But many companies are open to hiring you with limited Swedish knowledge as long as you're dedicated to learning it quickly.
Thank you very much
Hey how are you
Good ;)
Job for fresher?
Good question! Let me see if I can make a video about it :)
