This song was my childhood, I was afraid of the music video when I was about 4, and I rediscovered it when I was 9. It's been my favourite song since, I've brought it with me to my 3 surgeries, and I listen to it everywhere. Now I'm getting better mentally, this song means so much to me, and I can't even describe it, it makes my whole body buzz with excitement everyime I hear the beat.

Sat hours with this song, often on the brink of tears, feeling tbe low hum of difficult patience, the measures of defeat & success. In other words, this is the song we listened to while potty-training our son.

I hope she sees that Ive changed for the better, and maybe our paths will cross again in the future.
This song is sang well!
Harmonized perfectly, mixed to perfection, and the beat is even banging.. if there ever was a perfect song, this is one of those.
I came to hear this after hearing a short of her voice. She has a great voice box.
There isn't a word in ANY language, adequate to describe how incredibly beautiful this is...
This showcases, how great their Voices really are.
The songs gives me chills.. I was going through a heartbreak many years ago. This songs allows you to be sad but remember the beauty in love at the same time… and the voices and lyrics helps heals your heart.
I love how she moves, she sings with her whole body and I really enjoy it
Spine tingling 🤯💙💙💙.... am I the only one that gets a tear in their eye when high notes are hit just right? 🥲🤌🏻
Singing a song with pure emotion hits differently! May pinanghuhugutan 👏
Took me a while to realize that there was no music in the background, jeez their vocals really are that empowering
0:58 Perfect High Notes 🔥
I feel like in the main version you can’t even hear the music over all the… music. They both have such gorgeous voices and you can hear such raw emotion in their singing, but with all the backup music it gets drowned out
Yeah, this version just highlights just how good their voices are
Remember good music doesn't have a color or religion. Be kind to eachother and tell your parents you love them before it's too late
Amen!!!
Damn right!! Well said my friend 👏
Wow that got dark fast lol
@@guessagain3757 and awomen
too late for me
THE MOST UNDERRATED VOICE ON EARTH EVER !!!
this is one of the best songs ever made. those two are very underrated artists. they sound so well together
And yet still, she's so cool and talented, she sang it perfectly while doing the kamehameha.
Couldn’t relate more… we need more from these people❤️
This is one of the most stunning acapellas I have ever heard of in my life
It’s not A Cappella…. Someone has just dubbed the album vocal tracks over this live performance.
Sat hours with this song, often on the brink of tears, feeling tbe low hum of difficult patience, the measures of defeat & success. In other words, this is the song we listened to while potty-training our son.
I love this jam
The fact this song just sounds as good if not better than when it has the instruments made me even like it more
A message to the future generations: Dont let this song die
Dude just dropped one song and dipped...now he's just somebody that we used to know
This song is so deep. Hits different
Wow! I was surprised there was no background music and after listening, it really brings out the vocals. Awesome version!
what you are listening to is just the vocals going through the mixing desk, they can hear the music themselves.
Amazing - just f**kin amazing..
Her voice is just unreal with her lyrics are just perfect
1:45 that's when the magic comes
Just now hearing this version and hands down this sound so much better without the music cause you actually tune into their voices. Amazing 😍
Who else still gets chills when he hits the chorus
I've always loved this song as a kid. Still love it just the same.
God I love watching kimbra sing this
I never really appreciated this song, until I heard this version. It's a joy to discover beautiful things.
I was in middle school when I first heard this on VH1, back when they still played music videos in the early morning. 🥹 me and my brother used to sing our little hearts out to this as we got ready for school. and it opened me up to other types of music. I miss those days.. damn don’t even feel like it’s been 10 yrs fr
Gotye is now somebody that we used to know
Pure talent with heart and soul. This is so pure and beautiful. Wow.
I closed my eyes and just listened to their amazing voices😀
