      No. I put the egg carton in the refrigerator as they cure. Thank you for the question from "Down Unda"! 🇦🇺

      Although it is said that farm-fresh eggs can be left at room temperature, I prefer to keep them refrigerated. ***

    Have you tried to save eggs by using the water bath method ?

      No, but I will look into it. I was actually thinking about caviar and soy marinated egg yolks yesterday as I wrote the video description. I assume that the fish roe is "preserved" in a cold brine. Sea water would work well!😆😆

      I checked them after 48 hours and removed them after 96hrs. Thanks for your comment.
