Glad to see Omanyala win this with a solid time outside of Africa/altitude. Not because I doubted that he could, but because maybe now people will stop discrediting him for mostly having run his fastest times in his home country. He’s a real medal threat this year. Tebogo looked very smooth here, too.
What th f*ck you're talking about? He ran a 9.92s... That's not a "solid" time... That's pretty much what Omanyala always runs at sea level like altitudes, though, so your comment just makes no sense...
@@dimbwemazala8978 that's so cool.. Yeah, I know he's young. I started watching Tebogo right from the Under-18 athletics competition and World Continental Race where he outran other athletes and won repeatedly.. From there, he advanced to World athletics championship race and now Diamond league. He and the other Kenyan runner, Omanyala have been outstanding
He also need to work on his arms movement, he is losing some fractions of seconds. If he works on his start and arm movement we will see some insane times from him, given that he has been consistent and also works hard
Omanyala can do marvelous. But the problem Is that he delays on a starting point. Should he correct the slight mistake as he did for winning. The world will see another Frankie Frederick of Namibia. Keep shining you have a brighter future Omanyala!!!!! 🎉
Currently the most athlete who is worried on hundred metres dash across the globe 🌎 is Omanyala. He gives his opponents a sleepless night. It's a very good 👍 start.
Congratulations Omanyala. Thank God you've ashamed these naysayers who were saying you can't win outside Kenya/Africa. Big up!!!🇰🇪🇰🇪 Budapest here we come!
@@dragonslayer98767 😅😅😅😅 did you get hurt or something coz he won the African Championships and the Commonwealth. Also he's just won the first ever diamond league win by a Kenyan in the dash.
Omanyala is currently my bronze medal favourite at Worlds right now. He's been consistent all year and the fact that he's able to consistently run sub 9.95 outside of Kenya proves that his races aren't flukes.
I bet he will win gold, Omanyala has beaten everybody previously, from Kerley to Bromell, the only problem he had to overcome to win internationally was psychological , getting a win here at the Diamond league has removed that physochological barrier, he will be a serious contender for the gold medal imo
Congratulations also to Yohan Blake for a season's best. I would love to see him smoothen that transition from his drive phase with his head down into his fully upright position. It seems to change quite quickly. Just my $0.02.
Yohan Blake has been running pretty well post Jamaican Trials. I wonder if he can somehow find a way to get on that 4x100 relay in Budapest, he deserves it. Even if it's only in the heats.
What? I thought it was pretty obvious Yohan will most certainly be running the relays in Budapest, even in the finals. He would be the only guy in the team above 30 so he's the veteran. The relay team should be Yohan, Seville, Ackeem and the Jamaican Champ.
@@yennox5338 I agree, I'm just a little hesitant because he didn't even make it out the heats. The relay should 100% be Ackeem > Watson > Yohan > Seville, Kishane Thompson can run the heats.
What a well executed race frm Letsile, Omanyala shud watch out our young boy is coming for him it's only a matter of time, bt Letsile shud work hard on his take off he starts slow 🇧🇼💪🏽
Congratulations to Omanyala. He's made Kenya proud. He needs to polish on starting; let him learn from Asafa Powel of Jamaica and Justin Gatlin. He has a bright future. However, he should be aware of Tebogo the young guy, who is a good finisher. Defeating him by 0.01s is similar to how Noah Lyles defeated him with only 0.01s.
@@ionut9269 Then why bring Usain he had his time! This is Tebogos time and he is not like anyone but him I had never seen and athlete like Usain and I have never seen anything like Tebogo period including Usain.
It seems like the young Blake isn't ready yet as he hasn't been anywhere near where he was before the Jamaica trials probably needs a few more years to mature
Just imagine having a top three African finish in Budapest, cant wait..🔥🇰🇪
Omanyala, Tebogo and Simbine we love you guys..👑
