Could you make all your houses architect homes? They are so good! But first, you'd need to do the extreme home takeover quest to unlock the architect feature, you also have to do the ocean view estate quest before extreme home takeover.

The sims freeplay team chooses what homes make it to the architect tab. If every home was submitted there would be 1000s of homes
